£60k Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £90 – 130k) – UK Wide, Birmingham (B1) OR Homeworking

A Sales Manager, who has experience in B2B software sales / supply chain software or ERP Solutions, is needed to join a specialist in supply chain software solutions. Working either from home or their office in Birmingham (depending on experience) expect to take up a lead sales position covering the UK and Northern Europe for a global software business.

Due to the nature of the role you need to have a UK driving licence and the ability and willingness to travel.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager / B2B Software Sales Manager will drive sales opportunities across the UK and Northern Europe. Whether you are helping to define and execute the go-to-market strategy; managing existing customers; identifying and pitching to new prospects; researching potential leads; identifying the most appropriate sales channel (direct / indirect); qualifying prospects or VAR / resellers / integrators in your region or attending client meetings, it will be your ability beat client expectations with a leading business proposal that drives growth in your region.

 
To qualify… You should be a Sales Manager / B2B Software Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / International Sales Manager / Software Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Sales Representative / New Business Executive / Sales Executive / Field Sales Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a software B2B sales role;
  • A track record in delivering sales and profit growth;
  • The ability to sell a leading business proposal;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • An understanding of Supply Chain Management processes;
  • The ability to self-manage your own diary and journey plans;
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • A valid passport, Driver’s licence and the willingness to travel.
Any experience or exposure to Supply Chain software would be a bonus as would any experience of indirect channel partners (resellers, VAR, integrators.)
