An ambitious HR Manager is needed part time (22.5 hours a week) in Watford. You will have the responsibility for developing and implementing HR strategies and processes that align with the business’ objectives. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the leadership team, this role balances operational and strategic HR.

With clients that include Santander, Transport for London and First Group (to name just a few), this exciting tech business has become firmly entrenched as an industry leader within the mobile ticketing space. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now seeking a HR Manager part time to join their busy team.

Whether you are managing the recruitment process, onboarding candidates, administrating records, supporting other team members with HR matters, managing the reward strategy, managing training and development, consulting, working with employment legislation or working on health and safety across the company, it will be your energy and passion that is pivotal in the success of the HR Manager. 

To qualify… Whether you call yourself a HR Manager / HR Executive / HR Team Leader / HR Leader or similar, we don’t mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

  • Being CIPD qualified;
  • Previous experience as a stand-alone HR Manager, preferably within a tech or digital company; 
  • Experience implementing HR processes; 
  • Confident in providing advice and able to build relationships; 
  • Strong understanding of employment law;
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • A team player attitude;
  • Great organisational skills.
