A super organised Client Account Executive / Customer Service Exec is needed to join a world leader in insurance technology. Based just a two-minute walk from Brighton station, expect to make a real impact managing existing clients, understanding needs, spotting sales / up-sale opportunities and supporting the sales team whilst out on the road.

Due to continued growth they are now seeking a customer focused Client Account Executive / Customer Service Exec to join their highly successful team, who enjoy business casual dress, frequent social events and employee discount scheme.
The successful Client Account Executive / Customer Service Exec will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing customers. On a day-to-day basis expect to provide assistance to clients via telephone and remote meeting tools to understand clients’ needs, update customers, resolve issues, consult clients to make sure they are getting the most out of the services and anything else necessary to grow revenue, strengthen business relationships and help clients achieve their goals.
To qualify… You should be a super organised Account Executive / Customer Service Exec / Client Services Exec / Client Retention Executive / Customer Relationship Executive / Customer Account Exec / Existing Client Account Exec / Account Manager / Client Account Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Experience in managing customer accounts (spotting opportunities and retaining customers);
- You are a persuasive communicator, with excellent objection handing, research and planning, problem solving and presentation skills;
- The ability to multitask and prioritise projects;
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Any experience in Software Sales or within the general insurance sector would be a bonus.
