A Business Development Manager is needed to join one of the world’s leading music agencies based in the heart of Covent Garden. 

Established in the early 90s as a record label by musicians and songwriters, they have developed into a poly-musical team attracting the best directors to produce material with the same level of care and craft as the visual it accompanied, creating the perfect partnership. They work together with brands and agencies to create music and sound concepts for moving images. Their goal is to be the go-to music partner for the creative and ground-breaking stories being told in the world of advertising and brands. Due to their continuous success they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to take charge of their new business. 

Joining as a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for leading their new business sales for the UK and beyond. Whether you are building, nurturing and expanding their network; leading the sales strategy for the UK and other territories; mentoring the other team members or engaging in core business development activities to reach your KPI’s, it will be down to you as the Business Development Manager to drive the business forward and have a real impact in their future success. 

To qualify… You should be a Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive / New Business Manager / Business Development Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates: 

  • Previous business development experience within a creative / advertising agency;
  • An ability to work as a team and contributes to the success and ethos of the team and company;
  • A passion for music;
  • An extensive network of clients in the creative industries;
  • Excellent written skills and an honest and direct communicator.
