An Administrator / Operations Coordinator is needed to join a market-leading networking solutions distributor based in South West London.

Our client is a specialist distributor of compatible networking products and accessories and works with a worldwide customer base. Due to continued success they are now seeking an Administrator / Operations Coordinator, who has the drive and desire to be part of the continued success of a sales-led technology business. Joining as the Administrator / Operations Coordinator it is your responsibility for the smooth running of receiving and despatching products to and from the company. Whether you are monitoring inbound shipments, preparing orders in accordance to customer order requirements, stocktaking or end of day reporting, it will be your attention to the detail that will be pivotal for the successful Operations Coordinator.

To qualify… You should be an Administrator Operations Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator / Shipping Administrator / Logistics Coordinator or similar with a CV that can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience or an interest in a technology environment.
  • Previous experience within an Administrator / Coordinator role;
  • Must be within a commutable distance of SW14;
  • Excel and MS Office skills;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Motivated with a positive helpful attitude;
  • Organised and methodical, able to work on your own initiative;
  • Must be a team player who interacts well with colleagues.
