We are seeking Project Managers to join a creative communications agency based in fantastic offices in Tunbridge Wells. If you’re looking for an opportunity to move out of the city rat race, yet still work on high profile integrated projects within a top agency, then this is for you.

Working with some incredible clients, including Honda, Diageo, Miller Genuine Draft, Yazoo, Gallo Family Vineyards (to name a few) this innovative agency turns around brands through business consulting, brave strategies and provocative creativity. With over 46 offices they are supported by one of the biggest agency networks in the world. Due to continued growth they are now seeking talented Project Managers to join their passionate team of over 60.

Joining as the Project Manager you will be responsible for the efficient traffic management and delivery of creative projects (above and below-the-line advertising materials, websites, online advertising, social media and all digital media related creative / production solutions) for existing clients and new business pitches. On a day-to-day basis expect to co-ordinate creative and digital resources, liaise closely with Account Managers, compile job and project estimates, attend meetings, set review schedules and much more. In short you will be the connecting glue between each department in the agency; ensuring outstanding projects are delivered on time and to budget.

To qualify… You should be a Project Manager / Creative PM / Agency Project Manager / Producer or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience working in a project management role;
  • Solid knowledge of project delivery;
  • A good understanding of how integrated creative agencies operate;
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills;
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills;
  • A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Experience of producing filmic and photographic content would be advantageous.
