A super organised Project Coordinator / Studio Assistant is needed to join a specialist design studio based in leafy Chorleywood (just 1 mile from the M25 and 30 mins from central London). Whether you are a Project Coordinator / Studio Assistant / Office Manager / PA / Project Assistant / Retail Assistant / talented Graduate or similar, we don’t mind, you just need to show the willingness and flexibility to get stuck into this exciting role.

Designing socially cohesive public realms that encourage recreation, play, skateboarding, BMX and MTB riding, free running as well as just hanging out, this innovative design agency work with both councils and architects on youth and community projects as well as urban regeneration schemes. Their mission is to create a more active public realm that excites, engages and inspires the community around it. This is a rare opportunity for a driven Project Coordinator / Studio Assistant (or similar) to kick start their career and make a real difference in bringing people together and challenging perceptions.

Joining a small, tight knit design team the Project Coordinator / Studio Assistant will play a key role supporting the team and doing anything necessary to help this leading studio continue to build spaces that helps improve communities. On a day-to-day basis expect to prepare invoices, sit in design meetings, assist the designers, perform credit control, complete admin tasks and anything else necessary to ensure projects / the studio stays on track.

To qualify… You could be a Project Coordinator / Office Manager / Studio Assistant / PA / Project Assistant / Retail Assistant  / talented graduate (we don’t mind) your CV just needs to show:

  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills;
  • You are flexible and willing to get stuck in – you are a do’er;
  • A bright and engaging personality with a proactive attitude, with bags of initiative;
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask;
  • You are driven by quality of service with a great eye for detail;
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
